APDCAT presents in Lleida the Recommendation
1/2010 regarding the person responsible for processing in the provision of
services by entities in the Catalan public sector.
To this end, the APDCAT has set out to provide
a tool which may prove useful to entities in determining the legal basis and
effects of, and security measures applicable to the processing of data deriving
from the outsourcing of public services.
